Method
- Cook pasta according to box.
- While pasta is cooking, heat oil in skillet. Add crushed red pepper and garlic. Saute just until garlic becomes fragrant. DO NOT BURN!
- Drain pasta and pour into bowl. Add olive oil mixture. Stir in lemon juice, Parmesan, and parsley.
- Serve hot with a little more Parmesan and parsley to taste.
