I gotta be honest with you… I don’t measure shit when I cook. I’m giving you measurements below, but they are total guesses.
Use more or less based on your taste.
Trust yourself and your taste buds.
If you LOOOOVE garlic, throw a couple more cloves in there! If you think there aren’t enough vegetables, by all means ADD SOME BROCCOLI!
Actually, I used to put snow peas in this, but we got sick of it.
In other words, this is a BASE GUIDE on how to make this super easy meal and learn how to perfect it to your own mouth!
Ingredients:
- 4 links of Italian style chicken sausage, cut into thin slices
- 2 bell peppers, cut into strips
- 4-5 medium yellow potatoes, cut into small pieces
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 T Mrs Dash
- 1 t black pepper
- 1/2 t sea salt
- 4 T extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan
- 2 T chopped green onion
Directions:
Preheat oven 400 degrees
After cutting up the thing that need to be cut, throw them all into a large mixing bowl.Add Mrs Dash, pepper, salt, and olive oil.
Mix until combined well.
Cover a baking sheet with foil and spread mixture onto sheet.
Bake 20 minutes.
Stir, then add shredded Parmesan and green onion on top.
Bake an additional 20 minutes.
Cheese should be bubbling, chicken and veggies should be browned, and potatoes should be easily stabbed with a fork.
Serve with side salad or something green!
